While a winter storm rages, we have to do something to keep Samentertained indoors even though all of us are ready to be anywhere but inside. Hockey seems like a natural choice since all the Grisak guys have hockey in their blood. Grant's dad came down to Great Falls from Alberta with the Great Falls Americans back in the early 60's, and all of Grant's brothers played at one time or another. His brother, Chris, still plays on one of the adult teams.
Blaine, Sam's big brother, played for years and now referees so it didn't surprise me too much that Sam picked up the plastic hockey stick and went after the ball like he has done it for years. It looks like we'll be buying skates for next year's season at the new rink here in Great Falls!
